How do reviews and ratings work?

After a booking is completed, the customer reviews the business and the business reviews the customer: 1 to 5 stars, quick tags like "On time" or "Great result", and an optional comment.

• You have 14 days after the booking is completed.
• Reviews are sealed: neither side sees the other's review until both have written one, or the 14 days are up. Nobody can review in revenge.
• A review can't be edited once it's sent. The person reviewed can post one public reply.

Customers also have a client rating based on showing up and cancelling in time.
