What is my client rating?

Businesses see your client rating before they quote you, so reliable customers stand out. See yours in My rating.

It starts high, and only marks lower it:

• No-show: marked by the business after the appointment time. Counts as 1 mark.
• Late cancel: cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment. Counts as half a mark.
• Didn't pay: tagged by the business in its review. Counts as 1 mark.

Every appointment you keep helps. Marks count less as time goes by and disappear after about 18 months, and no single business can give you more than 2 marks that count.

Your standing shows as Good standing, Some history, Higher risk or High risk. New customers show as New client.

Businesses never see which other businesses you've booked with, and they never see your phone number or email. Think a mark is wrong? Challenge it.
