Can I reply to or remove a review?

Reviews can't be edited or removed by either side. That keeps ratings honest.

Once a review is public, you can post one public reply from Reviews in your dashboard. Keep it calm and professional, because customers read replies too.

If a review breaks our rules (it's abusive or sexual, it shares contact details, or it's about a booking that didn't happen), contact support with the details and we'll look at it.
