How does My Rank work?

Your rank shows customers how established you are: New Pro → Rising → Established → Top Rated → Elite.

You earn points by:

• completing bookings
• getting good reviews
• sending quotes and posting open spots
• answering the needs you're sent
• finishing your profile: logo, cover photo, description, address and services

The higher levels also need a strong average rating from enough reviews. For example, Top Rated needs 4.5★ from at least 8 reviews.

Your rank shows as a badge on your page and in search, and among businesses at a similar distance, higher-ranked ones show first. Rank never changes your fair share of needs. See your progress under Insights → My Rank.
