How do I choose which notifications I get?

Go to Notifications on the website, or Me → Notifications → Notification settings in the app. For each topic you can turn App push and Email on or off:

Customers: Quotes & counter-offers, Bookings, Open spots that fit, My rating & badges, Rank & level-ups, Messages, Reviews
Businesses: Nearby Needs, Quotes & counter-offers, Bookings, Rank & level-ups, Messages, Reviews

Messages arrive in the app and on the bell, never by email. Every email also has a link at the bottom to turn those emails off.

No notifications on your iPhone? Check that notifications for BelleIndex are allowed in the iPhone's Settings app.

How do I change my location?Change your saved location from Me in the app, or My Profile on the website.
I can't sign inReset your password, or use the same Apple or Google button you signed up with.
How do I delete my account?Me → Help & support → Delete account. Unused bought credits are refunded.
How do I create an account?Use Apple, Google, or your email and a password. You can start straight away.
How do I reset or change my password?Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The link works once and expires after 60 minutes.
