How do I delete my account?

Go to Me → Help & support → Delete account in the app, or belleindex.com/delete-account on the website. Enter your password (not needed if you use Apple or Google) and type DELETE to confirm.

We remove your name, email, phone, photo and saved address, sign you out, and cancel any open needs. Credits you bought and haven't used are refunded to your card, which can take 3–5 business days. Bookings and reviews stay in the businesses' history, shown as "Deleted user", and messages are kept as a safety record. This can't be undone.
