Who do I pay, and how do refunds work for a service?

BelleIndex never takes payment for a service. You pay the business directly, and the business's own refund policy applies.

• The price in the quote or open spot you booked is the price you agreed.
• If something went wrong, talk to the business first through Messages, so there's a record of it.
• If you can't sort it out, contact support. We can't refund a service payment, because it never goes through BelleIndex, but we look at every report, and you can leave an honest review after the booking.

Businesses: BelleIndex never takes a cut of your service price. You only pay us for credits, and for ads if you choose to advertise.
