Do credits expire, and can I get them back?

Credits never expire. Credits you buy stay in your balance until you use them.

Unused bought credits can be refunded to the card you paid with at any time: go to Credits and choose Cancel & refund. They're also refunded automatically if you delete your account. Free credits (your welcome credits and any we give you) aren't refundable, and they're used first.

Fake needs: if you were charged credits because of a need that turns out to be fake, contact support with the need and what happened. We check it and put the credits back in your balance.
