How do I report or block someone?

Report: open the conversation (or the business profile), tap ⋯ at the top right and choose Report. Pick a reason and add anything we should know. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours.

Block: tap ⋯ then Block. They can no longer message you, and a blocked business can no longer see your needs, quote you or take your bookings. You can unblock any time from the same menu.

Nothing is deleted when you block: the conversation stays as a record.
