If you're in danger, call 911 first.

Then tell us:

• Report the business or the customer: tap ⋯ → Report in your conversation, or on their profile.
• Customers: in your review, the Felt unsafe tag goes straight to our safety team.
• Or contact support and choose Report a problem or a member.

We review safety reports within 24 hours. Messages are kept on BelleIndex, so we can see what was said.
