What happens when a customer accepts my quote?

You're notified straight away, and a confirmed booking appears in Bookings at the agreed price. Any other quotes on that need are declined.

Before the day, message the customer if you need to confirm details. Keep it on BelleIndex so there's a record.

The customer pays you directly for the service. BelleIndex takes no cut.

After the appointment time, mark it Complete (or No-Show) in Bookings, then review the customer.
