Why don't I see more needs near me?

Each new need goes to up to 5 businesses near the customer, shared evenly: the businesses that have received the fewest needs lately go first, then the nearest. New businesses get work too, not only the biggest names. If nobody quotes within 6 hours, the need goes to more businesses.

A need reaches you only if the customer is inside your Service Area and you're inside the distance the customer chose.

To get more:

• Check Insights → Service Area. A wider area reaches more customers.
• Answer the needs you're sent. Your needs list shows how many you've received in the last 30 days.
• Post open spots. Customers with a matching need are told about them.
