Why can't customers see my business yet?
Your business goes live once:
- Your work is saved on your setup page: your business name, at least one service and your address.
- Your address is confirmed as a business location.
Most addresses are confirmed instantly. If we can't confirm yours, your business stays hidden until you upload proof and our team approves it. See why addresses are checked. You'll get a notification when it's approved.
See what's left on your setup page at belleindex.com/onboarding. If it says your business is already on BelleIndex under another account, contact support.
