Why is my business address being checked?

For customers' safety, every business on BelleIndex works from a salon, suite, studio or other business location, never from a home.

When you save your address we check it automatically. A confirmed business address goes live straight away. If we can't confirm it (or it looks like a home), your business stays hidden until our team checks proof: a lease, a business licence or permit showing the address, or a photo of the storefront with its sign. Upload it from your setup page; we usually check within a day.
