Why don't I get emails for new messages?
I only find out about new messages when I open BelleIndex.

Messages are sent as app notifications and on the bell on the website, never by email, so the conversation stays in one place. On iPhone, allow notifications for BelleIndex in the Settings app to get them straight away. Choose your notifications.
