I signed in with Apple or Google and now my password doesn't work
After using Continue with Google, my old password stopped working.

When you sign in with Apple or Google using the same email as an existing account, the two are joined. For your security, the old password is switched off and other devices are signed out. Keep using the Apple or Google button, or set a new password with Forgot password?.
